Their normal fee for mediation and conflict resolution services ranges between $150 to $250 US per hour. This is the industry standard.

Prepaid conflict resolution services packages normally sell in the range of $200 to $500 per year. As a Professional or Insurance Member of NTANA you do not need to purchase this package for yourself or your office staff because it is a benefit of your membership.
